Order Handling Time: 0-1 days (Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 5-7 days ( Monday - Friday) 

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery. All orders from Noosagreen come with free shipping. 

Shipping Locations:

We ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APOs, FPOs, and DPOs due to carrier restrictions.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
