Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. We at Noosagreen ship chairs within the United States and due to shipping restrictions from our carrier partners, our products cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office). 

Q. Do we have to pay for shipping? 

A.  We provide free shipping on all orders that are shipped using FedEx.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24-48 hours.
