RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Noosagreen.com purchases come with the reassurance of a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your product within 30-days of delivery for a full refund, minus the return shipping fees.
Here are the instructions to complete your return:
- Contact the Support Team: Please contact the customer support department via email (email@example.com) or phone (+1 307-655-7906) to initiate the return. Noosagreen.com will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return label.
- Return Label: Our customer service team will provide a return label (FedEx/UPS) for the product to be returned.
- Package Your Return Properly: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the item is in its original packaging, with all pieces, paperwork, and parts enclosed, and securely taped for transit.
Once your return is received and verified, our team will process your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund from the date your return is received into our warehouse.
We process our orders very quickly & unfortunately, we cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or +1 307-655-7906 to see if a modification can be made - we cannot guarantee these requests will be successful.
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
