Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Deliveries usually occur within 3-5 business days after purchase date, depending on your location. Incase of any delay, we will notify via an email/call.

Where can I place an order from?

We only ship within the United States and due to shipping restrictions from our carrier partners, our products cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office). 

Do we have to pay for shipping? 

We provide no cost shipping on all orders that are shipped using FedEx.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24-48 hours.
