Thanks for picking Noosagreen. We are confident in the quality of our office chairs and offer a 5-year limited warranty on any chairs bought straight from our website.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty only covers:

All parts and materials are covered for five years from the date of purchase.

Replacement parts for any damage caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal residential use.

What is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

  • Abuse or misuse
  • Improper or incorrect assembly (contrary to our instructions)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of God or natural calamities
  • Improper transportation, storage, or handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Natural ageing of materials (e.g., wood, leather, or fabric discolouration)
  • Dye from clothes getting on seats (crocking/reverse crocking)

We will not consider these types of issues as manufacturing faults & products with these problems will not be able to be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Noosagreen will not be held responsible for any of the following:

Damages that follow

  • Economic losses
  • Damages that happen by accident or indirectly
  • Special or punitive damages result from using a product or having a problem with it.

This warranty is limited only to the replacement of defective parts and does not extend to any tort liability.
