Return / Refund

Once your return is received and verified, the Noosagreen finance team will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund from the date your return is received in our warehouse.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Here are the instructions to complete your return: 

  1. Contact the Support Team: Please contact the customer support department via email at info@noosagreen.com. or phone at +1 307-655-7906 to initiate the return. We will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return label.  
  2. Return Label: Our customer service team will provide a Fedex prepaid return label for the product to be returned. 
  3. Package Your Return Properly: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the item is in its original packaging, with all pieces, paperwork, and parts enclosed, and securely taped for transit.
