Return / Refund

Once your return is received and verified, the Noosagreen finance team will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund from the date your return is received in our warehouse.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Here are the instructions to complete your return: 

  1. Contact the Support Team: Please contact the customer support department via email at or phone at +1 307-655-7906 to initiate the return. We will not accept any return that is made without a return authorization number and processed through our return label.  
  2. Return Label: Our customer service team will provide a Fedex prepaid return label for the product to be returned. 
  3. Package Your Return Properly: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the item is in its original packaging, with all pieces, paperwork, and parts enclosed, and securely taped for transit and drop off the package to Fedex station.

There are no fees for restocking the product.

Order Cancellation:

Kindly contact us to initiate the cancellation of an order. Please be aware that orders are processed quickly. Noosagreen only allows order modifications or cancellations made up to 24 hours after the online order is placed. Our team begins the order fulfilment process after 24 hours and once started, it cannot be stopped. As soon as our Customer Service team receives your Cancellation Request, they will check the status of your order and, if it may be cancelled, send you an email.


For us to verify, please take pictures and videos and get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours if there are any manufacturing flaws or issues arises from shipping. Along with you, we'll identify the ideal course of action.
